What makes BRIEFING, which was founded in 1998, unique is that although it was planned in Japan, it initially chose the United States as the country of production, and in fact commissioned manufacturing there from a factory that actually produces military bags and special bags for the U.S. military, police, hospitals, etc.

The MADE IN USA collection uses 1050 denier ballistic nylon as the main material, and has been thorough with authentic details. Although it is a bag for town use, it is not just about creating a "unique" look, but is actually produced in a real military factory and uses the same technology.

Authenticity
On September 11, 2001 , the American factory that was producing BRIEFING at the time had to allocate most of its production lines to military supplies , and production of BRIEFING stopped. Ironically, this incident left a strong impression on buyers and the media that BRIEFING bags were being manufactured in a real military factory.

Signature Color
The reason why the main color of BRIEFING was black was because the brand was not large enough at the time to guarantee dye lots to the factories, so they used black 1050 denier ballistic nylon and tape that munitions factories had in stock. For these unavoidable reasons, black became the color that symbolizes BRIEFING.

Personality
These bags are practical and made using authentic manufacturing methods and materials, but with a modern twist not found in genuine military bags.
