We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we'll gladly accept the return of unused products.

Return Policy

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from the date of arrival, and items must be shipped by customers within 30 days from the date of the return request.
  • All returned items must be in their original, new condition: unopened, unused, unwashed, unworn and with tags attached.
  • If your final purchase amount falls below the free shipping threshold after returning a product, we will deduct the original shipping costs that would have been charged from the refund. However, if you choose to be refunded via reward points, store credit, or a cash coupon, we won't deduct the original shipping costs.
  • Unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item, all return shipping fees must be covered by the customer.Due to the weight and size, our suitcases and golf bags may incur higher return shipping costs. Please contact briefingusa@uniongategroup.com for a return shipping quote.
  • All returned items will be inspected before we proceed with an exchange or reimbursement.

How to Return or Exchange

  • We will provide you with DHL shipping documents and labels. We only accept returns that were shipped with shipping documents and labels provided by us.
  • If possible, please use the original packaging your item was delivered in.
  • Once you received the labels, please contact DHL to arrange for a pickup.

How to Receive a Refund

  • Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be initiated within 3 business days.
  • Refunds to the original form of payment may take up to 30 business days to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If you do not receive your refund after 30 business days, please contact customer service at briefingusa@uniongategroup.com or via live chat, and they will gladly assist you.
